So I just rebooted my hard drive, operating systems and everything else.  I am trying to download the software that came with computer, mainly photoshop elements. Dell Digital delivery is not showing any software when I start that program, and I cannot get past the my downloads registration page either. How do I access the software and complete the download. I have the latest version of IE and nothing will work. Can I get the original product gen key from dell and just download the software from adobe?  Please help as I see some similar threads and folks are having issues.  Thanks
