I'm having three problems currently with my laptop. It would be appreciated if any could be answered. Oh, and if it helps, I'm using Windows Vista Premium.

 

1) When I try to access the mouse option in control panel, it errors and reads "Unable to connect to the Synaptics Pointing Device Driver"  and I have already tried to update the driver.

 

2) When I let my laptop go to sleep, when it is reawakened, my screen adjusts its resolution by itself and it becomes rather annoying.

 

3) I use try to use a recording program such as Audacity and other I have tried, but no matter what I do, I can't record the music I want to, I've tried many solutions that have been offered to me.
