dell Inspiron n5110 : disk problem

hi dears ,

About 4 months ago I bought my laptop
Following Specifications ( HD: 1000g , RAM : 8g , CPU :2.20 corei7  )

About a week became sounds sound like the beats of clock
And Oayda when opening the device screen shows written on it

reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a Key.



after many reboot the os ups

Have tried to solve the problem in several ways
*Including work Defragment  HD partiations

*a new version of the operating system  (win7)


There has been no change

Finally tracked My HD from resource monitor get the following

 in the right part

Blue signs to indicate the time of the sound occurred

in the left part

the response time decremented to be 0 in the time of the sound occurred

highest active time became 100% in the time of the sound occurred

plz help

    Boot the computer up and when you see the dell logo press F12 and then run the dell diagnostics and post back any errors you may find.
