Dell Latitude E6410

i have Dell Latitude E6410 with window 7Ultimate. work well but after the restart freeze on widow logo and did not go ahead. i"ll try install new OS but could not complete it because when window setup are start my laptop freeze ther and did not go ahead?

what can i do 4solve this problm. pls any good response waiting

    Hi mazhar,

    Thanks for your post! Sounds like a possible hardware or corrupt installation issue. Have you been able to run the systems hardware diagnostics yet to see if they return any issues?

    Dell Pre Boot 32-Bit Diagnostics

    1. Restart the computer.
    2. As the computer boots, press when the Dell Splash Screen appears.
    3. When the Boot menu appears, highlight the Boot to Utility Partition option, or the Diagnostics option and then press   to start the 32-bit Dell Diagnostics. 
    4. Press the   key to highlight Test System Press   to continue to 32-bit Diagnostics.

    If no problems are returned we have a great guide at the following link that goes into more detail and can be used to walk through the entire operating system reinstallation process.
