Do i get Support now from DELL
after i moved to turkey dell refuse to support my notebook
my notebook is broken seince 3 weeks - i have a next business day support
but dell is not interessted to solve that problem
the support guy's told me
that they cant support because it was bought in ireland
and i have to ship it to ireland to a friend and let repair then back tu turkey
i transfert the service tag to turkey already
but i havent heard anything from dell
now i have a notebook for 1200 euro - which i can put in a bin after a half year

i transfert the tag 2 weeks ago already
but still nothing heard from dell
and no information in turkey
they give a dell internet site from turkey
but no contact details (sales, support)
what is the next step

waht is the case now
no reaction of email
no chat whit you is possible (is writen - the system wasnt bought in uk or ireland)
i needed 30 mins and 150 credits to get a phonenumber from dell turkey

I believe the transfer of ownership for international system can take a few weeks to complete. If you have already filled out the form
I say you may be able to get more information at this link about international support
