I have a Dell 14R (N4010) Windows 7 64 bits. I have had various delays loading material, and discovered error messages related to my INTEL graphics driver.
I have followed the suggestions from Ravi-BC at Dell in Sept 2013. He provided detailed instructions to UNINSTALL the Intel driver. I did it. I was left then with only the Standard VGA Graphics adapter. Then I followed Ravi's instructions to install the driver again from Dell. I provided my Service Tag, and the Dell Download Support page pointed me to an ATI driver page. I downloaded and installed the R297612. Unfortunately, after restarting nothing has appeared on my device manager except for the Standard VGA Graphics adapter. My current display is very unsatisfactory.
I badly need some competent advice from either Ravi-BC or someone else who an help me re-install the more advanced Intel graphics driver.

Hi ChokoLate,
I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the video card driver on the system. Please follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the video card.
After the uninstall finishes restart the system. Then reinstall the video card driver on the systemfor issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the video card driver from Video section onto the system and install it.

Also, I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.
