UNSOLVED
First day with E6500
Hello, just want to share my experience with my brand new Latitude E6500.
I received the notebook yesterday. The shipping box was visually intact.
After opening the box I found the following problems with my unit:
1. No Vista Business 64-bit CD included even though I paid for it.
2. No manual of any kind.
3. No 'getting started' guide.
4. The notebook itself is almost perfect. Almost because the battery
pack is kind of loose in the socket and defect looks like an assembly problem.
After calling technical support which was pleasant experience by itself I have
learned that I have to send the notebook back to dell to fix the chassis
problem. I asked to send a technician on site since I purchased that option,
but I was told that this kind of problem can only be fixed back at DELL.
So far I am not happy with my experience, it is really too much for
the first day of the ownership. I hope DELL will return back
to a me perfect computer, but my expectations are set very low now.
I hope it was just one isolated case and not a problem with DELL in general.

Did you get it back. I also got my new e6500, I am not sure if they send the getting started package or manual book or not. I just want to know that. After using my for a week I found out that this computer is not bluetooth enabled, is yours the same or not.
