Ii need help.  i can't even open the start menu. a box comes up and says user and domain aren't the same. and for some reason it has a website i belong too as a user name and i have know idea what the password would be for that.  i had dial-up and i went to starbucks and tried to connect to a private network, plus i know now i tried everything besides throwing it against the wall.  help me please!!!   is there a way to bypass this and open my start menu???
