This is an Inspiron 8100 with a synaptics touchpad. When I scroll text reading a message in Outlook Express, the scroll spead is annoyingly slow (that means the page scrolls down or up very slowly relagtive to my finger) and I have to scroll repeatedly to get down the page. I went to Control Panel/Mouse/Touchpad but cannot find the control that will let the scroll go faster (how many lines per scroll?). Where is it?
