Key board keys not functioning

Dear sirs,

My certain keyboard keys like enter and arrow heys and few alphabets are not working. Kindly give your advice.

If some keys work and others don't - replace the keyboard.

did you have the keyboard out?? the reason i ask is i had mine out and didn't get the ribbon cable all the way in and i had the same problem...check the cable
