M1730 LED and media player problems
hi guys, have only had my system for a week or so. When I am in media player and playing music, if i turn on the XPS LED to go with the music, the music goes all crackley. The LEDs go with the music but it slows down and crackles. This is only with the LED's on in sync with media player. If the LEDs are on without sync there is no crackling.
Anyone help or point me in the right direction here ???
Cheers
Dan.

Re: Help slow media player 11.0.6 by ANSPlus i had the same problem, after searching on google, i found the solution for this in www.windowsvistamagazine.com this how to fix the problem:
1) Go to your control panel.
2) Switch to Classic View (left side) for the time being.
3) Go to Sound
4) Select Speakers/Headphones and select properties
5) Depending on what type of sound device and computer you have this part will be different:
-If you have an "Effects" tab, click it and select "Disable System Effects."
-If you have an "Enhancements" tab, click it and select "Disable All Enhancements."
-If you have something else that is related to the above two tabs, try that.
i did that and everything is all right with me now.
Cheers
