System Restore. -- Click Start -- Click All Programs – Accessories - System and then click Restore. -- In the next screen, click “Restore my machine to a previous date” and after that press Next. -- Pick the latest system restore date from the “click a restore date” listing, then click Next. -- Click on Next in the confirmation screen. -- Restart the computer. Check if the issue is fixed.
Another way to fix the issue is running the MCAGENT.EXE repair utility. --Download the (Mcagent.exe) repair utility. -- Setup application and click Scan button. -- Press the Fix Errors button whenever the scan is successfully completed. -- Restart the computer. That should fix the issue.
