If you have anouther system and a storage method to transfer you can go to dell support drivers and software laptop inspiron then select your model look under network adapter, and communication devices tabs the broadcom should be one of the first listings, and same for the modem.. Hope this steers you in a good direction.. Your issue is because your drivrs are not installed yet..
