why my laptop take me so much time when log in?how to fix tis problem?

My windows 7 vostro 3750 w/ intel HD 3000 graphics needs 3GB RAM to boot and run basic software efficiently.
Click "Start" (If Win 7).
Type "Reliability"
Click "Reliability History".
What is your reliability score?
