    Hi barkpurr,

Thanks for the update, please let us know your system service tag or express service code through a private chat, so that I can help you further.

Click on my username select start conversation and send me the details.

Once I get the information, I can give you the right driver for touchpad.

    Hi barkpurr,

Please update the touchpad driver using the link below.

    http://dell.to/10j0xQQ

In this link punch in the system service tag or express service code and click on submit, under the mouse, keyboard and input devices > select the latest touchpad driver and install it.

Please let us know if this helps.

    Hi Semthill S,

I did as you suggested.  Their were 2 downloads to choose from after I submitted my Express Service code.  I downloaded the first one, then when I went to download the second one, I clicked on download and it gave me a choice of download, I clicked on it, then I got a blue box with a choice of Message Open, and download,  I clicked on download and it wouldn't do anything, kept saying No Message?  The keys are still doing the same thing, even here while I'm typing this here.  Now What?
