upgrading memory
Hi,
I am new to this forum.
I would like to upgrade my memory. I have an inspiron 2200 laptop. When I looked up on memory web sites. They mentioned I have a 256mb ram, but can go up to 1280mb, but I only have one slot. Does this mean I have one slot empty or do I have to remove the only memory I have and replace it. I thought the 256mb was non removable? I hope I am making some sense.
I guess what I really want to know is does the inspiron 2200 have a slot to upgrade the memory with. The manual does not specify.
