When I turn on my laptop...it goes to a white screen. I need to know if there is anything I can do to bring it back to life. Can someone help me? Thank you and God Bless you all!
Try an external monitor. If it works, and you're under warranty, call Dell and have them replace the screen.
If you're out of warranty, contact an LCD repair specialist. It will be cheaper to repair the screen ($100-150 vs. $500+ for a new one) and less risky than replacing the screen with a used one.
