\Windows\System32\Config\System Missing -- HELP!!!
I woke up this morning and suddenly got this message on the laptop:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\Windows\System32\Config\System
\Windows\System32\Config\System
You can attempt to repair this file by starting windows setup using the original setup cd-rom. Select 'r' at the first screen to repair.
Can someone please help? This has never happened before, and to make matters worse, I can't even have the setup cd... HELP, PLEASE!

Ok, I tried that and it didn't work, so maybe I bought the laptop before that date.
Please help!
