WORST Laptop ever made

Have had NOTHING but trouble with my laptop since it was bought last year.  Sent it back for repair, returned with same issue.  Absolutely worthless computer,.  Am going on all Dell forums to warn everyone.

Thanks for the warning, all my Dell systems have been fine. However you can't really warn people without stating what the problem is.

What is the problem? Perhaps we can assist.

Problems with the monitor (tech had been to house to fix,  he couldn't so it was sent out), they sent it back with the same problem.  Of course they had it while it was under warranty, and upon return it was not.  Additionally, had a jumping cursor problem (which so far seems to be fixed), but when I got it back I now have script error messages all the time, and the monitor turns white, I have to tap or reposition the monitor every couple minutes.  Now I must mention that all of these problems started 3 months into ownership.  I use my laptop constantly, so sending it back is a total inconvenience.  I absolutely would have taken a hammer to this or thrown it out the back door by now, except my son gave it to me as a gift and I really don't want to waste his hard earned money.  I have no interest in spending hours on the phone or repairing this myself, I am a nurse, not a tech geek.  Thanks for your response, just here to vent and let DELL know that their laptops are horrible.  Will never buy another, ever......

Hiring a lawyer will cost more than a new laptop.  "Script error messages " are not related to the screen.

Several "issues" such as "have script error messages all the time" are going to follow you.  They have nothing to do with who makes a particular laptop or desktop.

Costs $125 to file arbitration.  Worth it to me because I want my money back.  I don't care if the script error messages are not related to the monitor (not trying to be rude, I know you are being helpful...I am beyond frustrated), but it didn't have them when I sent it out for repair.  All I want is a working laptop, period.   I know very little about computers, but I CAN tell you that this laptop has been nothing, and I mean nothing but a headache since I've had it.  It's always something.  I do not want to spend my time on the phone with a "tech" with ESL.  Tech is supposed to be coming out again because I have 4 hours to waste waiting for them. Yep, this is Dell Hell.

I feel for you. Last week, my battery started to only hold a charge for about 45".  So I guess I need to buy a new one?  Hah, hardly seems worth it.  The saga continues...

Guess you can't talk like that here. Just speaking the truth. Censor me then.
