XPS 12 network adapter off

I have a dell XPS 12, 9Q23  for 8 months now and I am facing the WiFi Problem that everyone talks about, every time I restart/start up the computer the wifi is turned off and the settings says it cant turn on. Initially a couple of times, I was able to solve the problem by troubleshooting. But now, it says 'cant fix'. I have run a hardware test and it says its fine. I cant figure out how to turn on the network adapter and keep it on.

 but I have tried

-Updating driver

-Control panel>Network Adapter>Power Management and switch on the network adapter always.

- I also tried system restore and it works every time and doesn't depend on which I chose but again when I restart/startup the computer The WiFi is gone.

My problem still persists.

After paying for a premium laptop, its so annoying to have problems show up every other month.  Very disappointed in the product.

i just tried this setting change and it seems to keep the internet on after a restart. Thanks a lot. I appreciate it... But I am going to use it for a day or two, just to confirm evrything is fine =D

Thanks a lot, Jim. I followed the instructions from the link you gave and it fixed my problem. I'm not sure how but the service was changed to manual and now it is back to normal. The only difference was the service in my system was named "Wireless PAN DHCP Server" and thats the service I switched to Automatic.
