XPS 13 Battery Not Present Issue
My XPS 13 9343 which I purchased in September 2015 just started showed that I have no battery present. I haven't dropped it and I take good care of the battery. There were no signs of the battery acting up. Now I have to be plugged in for the laptop to work and as soon as I unplug my charger it dies instantly. Randomly the light that shows it is charging and the front of my computer goes on and the computer will charge but it doesn't charge for more then ten seconds and I can't seem to find a way to keep it charging even if I don't move it once it starts changing. Any help is appreciated.

I don't have another Dell charger that I can try using. Battery health in the BIOS says that there is no battery plugged in. I couldn't find how to check adapter status but it appears to be in good condition. The charging port looks normal and it isn't wobbly.

Hello Nice to hear from you.
What does the charger status show in windows at taskbar? Does it say plugged in charging or plugged in not charging?
Go to BIOS by tapping on f2 and on the left side panel expand General , then select battery information.
Let us know what is the status of battery and ac adapter in this window.
Await your response.
