My Dell XPS 12 has some problems, since it seems that the image burns into the screen after a while. I recently read that dell knows this problem and called back some tablets. Unfortunately I didn't read about that earlier. I tried to contact dell support but after two years dell completely forgets their customer.

Since this problem has been there already during guarantee ( that's sure) I still have a right on a change of display on warranty.
