Grainy, pixelated video from the built in camera
Hi,
The video I am seeing from the built-in camera on a video call is very grainy and pixelated. I have the screen connected to my surface pro through the USB-C port.
The same video using microsoft pro's camera is normal.
Could you help please. with this video quality the screen is pretty much useless as I have recently bought it so I am able to use the build-it in webcam.

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private monitor Service Tag.
Before our users can assist you, you need to post the specific Dell monitor model.
