LCD goes white

Hi! I have a problem with my LCD. After 10-15 min. of working it goes white. I try to turn off/on but nothing happens. I unplug everything from it (power cord and VGA cable) and wait about 30 min. to get normal working screen. Any ideas?

    It happened to my 10 yr old Toshiba laptop. The cable to the lcd was broken, i.e., no signal to lcd, only backlight is on. Check your cable or use another one and see what happens.

    VGA cable is OK - I checked on another LCD. I don't know but it is look like overheat or cold solder.
