Hello I have monitor 1704FPTt , when I plug the powr cable i dont have any thing can you tell me whats the problem. other thing I try to desarm, but I can't find how can I do, becaus dont have screw ; thank you
Disconnect the monitor from the video card. Connect the monitor power cord directly to the wall jack. Power the monitor on. Do you see any LEDs on the monitor?
