5 year old Monitor but used very little. Now big problem: during boot it can switch a few times to the Self Test Feature Check (STFC) and back. If I'm lucky I can operate the PC/Monitor normally for a few minutes before it goes into STFC. Then I can switch the Monitor Off/On and I can work again for a short while. If I put the PC in Stand By the Monitor will for sure STFC and I will again have to turn Off/On the Monitor before I can use it.
Before it yesterday started with STFC the Monitor for month had problem to start when the computer was coming out from Stand By or was restarting, but there was never problem with a fresh start of the PC/Monitor.
I have testet the Monitor with different PC's and different Cables, used analog input and DMI - all with the same result. Though the problem is much less when using analog input. Back to Factory settings doesn't help.
The Screen/picture is perfect when it's there. So I guess it could be a minor issue when identified (loose connection, bad soldering or a single unstable component).
I'm a bit of a handy man so I may have a chance if someone could help me localize the problem. That would be highly appreciated!

We do not have documentation on how to service the monitor insides, all we do is replace them while under warranty.
