The bottom 1/4 of the screen does not show up, and a bit more seems to be flipped up-side-down. I tried available monitor adjustments, Dell PC Diagnostic by PC Doctor and Anti-Virus as well as a Disk Defragmentation. Nothing helped. Otherwise my computer works well.

Any ideas to what the problem may be or solutions ?
