P2417H, backlight on four sides at startup

When I power up my P2417H IPS monitor, I find a strong backlight near the edges. After minutes of operation, the P2417H recovers perfectly. Is this a normal behavior of this type of IPS monitors? Or is it a bad sign that something might happen in the future?

Thank you.

    * Click my name and private message me the P2417H service tag number and 20 digit alphanumeric serial number

    * The P2417H uses the Samsung AD-PLS (LTM270HL02) panel
    * Only at startup, I would not worry about it. Here is the P2417H online User's Guide
    * Go to page 55 and run the disconnected from PC Built-in Diagnostics. How do the full colored screens look as far as the edges? Post pictures of them so I can review them

    These are the clearest photos

    At startup (back-light on edge):

    And After 10 minutes (Good state):

    Other photos (Black screen)

    At startup (same edge problem but also my phone is much sensitive to light):

    After 10 minutes (Looks good)

    I'll PM the monitor details to you.
