P2418HT, Touch type?

I'm looking to buy touch screens for the place I work at and I was wondering what kind of touch type this monitor was. Is it resistive or capacitive? I know I saw a similar question somewhere here but they didn't get a straight answer. I know the site shows a finger and all using it but that doesn't tell me what type it is. As far as I know, you can use your finger on resistive/capacitive screens but you can't use a capacitive stylus on a resistive screen (or shouldn't?). My purpose is more precision than a finger has.
