Problem with text on 2001FP

I am having a problem with text. Seems to be some what blurry. It's like black text then a ghost white image of the text next to it. I have tried adjusting everything I can on this Monitor and can't seem to fix it. Tried Diff res settings, colors depths ,brightness, adjusting RGB, diff text resizing text , bold, normal, clear type, reinstalled video drivers. Running ATI AWI 9800. After my second day here it's starting to bother me. Just looks blurry to me. Anyone else either run into this or have any sugestions? Thanks in advance.

I have a link to image of text as I see it. I must also note that this is NOT only text. It's everything. Images have a ghostly apperance also.

Well the fix I had thought about trying but didn't think it would make a difference but it did. I went from standard cable to DVI cable. What a HUGE difference. Not only did the ghost effect disappear. The overall Quality is 100%. Colors are better also. Icons are smoother. Using standard cable the Monitor seemed too bright. Although whites were white they seemed to have a slight bluish or grayish hue to them. No matter what i changed in color settings. Now the whites are a nice bright white. All blue shades are deeper in color. Just incase anyone else runs into this the DVI cable fixed it. 100% satisfied with the Monitor now.

Bought two days ago along with a friend who bought one. Both Nov. builds. No dead pixels on either of them. Only very small white spot upper right corner. Hardly noticeable at all, even when playing dvd's. Took some tweaking but worth the time and money.

Honestly, running any monitor this size with a non-DVI connection is a sin.  :^)

I'm having this exact same problem.  Unfortunately my laptop does not have a dvi out port.  I'll be getting a new laptop soon, but until then I guess I have to deal with this ghosting effect :(
