Hi, I just got my new S2721D today and I am trying to set it up. When I plugged it, it auto-set itself to the resolution of 2560x1440 60Hz. I know this S2721D can go to 75Hz but when I change the refresh rate, I get a weird screen. I tried 3 different HDMI cables with the same issue. I installed the driver. My old monitor switched to 75Hz no problem.

* What PC model? * What operating system? * What video card/GPU? * List all video out ports on the video card/GPU * What was the old monitor model? * What resolution was the old monitor doing when set to 75Hz? * Did you test both of the AMD FreeSync S2721D HDMI 1.4 in ports?
* What PC model? Bought the parts and built it * What operating system? Windows 10 (64bit) * What video card/GPU? Radeon RX 570 * List all video out ports on the video card/GPU
* What was the old monitor model? I meant to say my “other” monitor. I had recently bought a Samsung 27" IPS Monitor with AMD Freesync Technology (LS27R350FHNXZA) but returned it because I wasn’t happy with it. It switched to 75 Hz no problem though. * What resolution was the old monitor doing when set to 75Hz? 1980 x 1080 (I tried that resolution too on the Dell monitor) * Did you test both of the AMD FreeSync S2721D HDMI 1.4 in ports? If you mean HDMI port 1 and port 2, yes I tried both.
