Hi,

I'm having trouble displaying my S2817Q at 4K. I'm using the HDMI cable that comes with it and an Amazon Basics HDMI to USB C adapter that supports 4K. However, in Windows Display settings, the best resolution option is 1920x1080. I've plugged in to HDMI port 1 and set enabled the HDMI 2.0 setting. Is there some sort of other setting I need to change?
