Need some help here. Is there any way I can get the Windows Vista/7/8 Dell Webcam Central software to work on Windows 10?

I am using an HP Pavilion XP 360 convertible laptop with Windows 10. The monitor works perfectly. However, I am trying to activate the WebCam. I have downloaded the Webcam driver (2013 release) for this monitor. WebCam Manager and Console install successfully. However the driver does not complete install. It breaks at 59% to 63% with a message I-001. I would like to use the webcam. However, if there is no way I can use this the Webcam on Windows 10, I have to buy a new one. Please confirm if this WebCam can be used with Windows 10. And if I can, what does error I-001 mean and how do I resolve this?
