Dell Support and team,

I have a U2410f that has an issue with powering on.  It intermittently will not power on, and this behavior has become more consistent over time (earlier it would happen rarely, then later with more frequency).

Symptoms:

• The power button in the lower right, does not light up, as though it is connected to a power source
• Pressing of the button gives no feedback that the monitor is powering up

Actions taken so far:

• Re-seating the power cable
  • Do not always work
  • Sometimes works first time, other times does not work at all
• Re-seating the cable
  • Do not always work
  • Sometimes works first time, other times does not work at all
• Using a different video cable
  • No effect, happens with DVI, HDMI, or Displayport
• Using a different power cord
  • No effect
• Using a different power source/plug
• No effect

Please advise of recommended next steps.
