This is only necessary if you want to delete it prematurely.
Otherwise, just wait until the entries in the jobsdb will expire - 72 hours by default, adjustable in the server properties:

Stop the services and rename the /nsr/res/jobsdb in the server and start the services it will remove the older jobs data
