Try without space (eg. nsrlpr -PRICOH).

If that doesn't work try nsrlpr -P "RICOH" and check printer queue. When I do

    C:\>nsrlpr -P "HP Color LaserJet 5"

I see document being spooled for given printer.

it not any print to printer

    2. run command C:\nsrlpr -P "RICOH"
it can print file to printer.

    3. Set parameter " nsrlpr -PRICOH " and " nsrlpr -P "RICOH" " at group.

Assuming your NetWorker installation path is in executable path and "RICOH" is a system defined printer something like this should work for you:
    echo "ABCD" | nsrlpr -PRICOH

For the bootstrap printout he value RICOH is entered in NW group resource in Printers field.
Next have a notification created for the bootrap, or better modify the existing notification with the Action field like this:
    nsrlpr -P%PRINTER

Please keep in mind that for bootstrap only one notification can be created.
I don't know about the reason this being restricted.
