i have facing problem when labeling the media, previuosly has not been mounted on device thereafter i removed the media from the index list, i removed one media but relased two media with same volume No. but checked manully there is no duplicate barcode No. and i couln't able to add particular media to index, i remove three media from the index and i relabled the removed media it has been added in index list, but there are two another media which i can't add in index list.
how can attach the error herewith there is no option to past or attch the file ?
by that command it's giving error........ HY2311 is not in the media index.
i needed add the media in the index this is to delete the media from the index
i thing u didn't get me, i have deleted some media from the index list but some of the media i added by laebeling that media in the index list but some of the media i couln't able to add in the index list.
and next thing i would like to reinventory the all the media without any impacting the server configuration ( i mean legato configuration)

I believe you need to have your support onsite or logged remotely as there seems to be something else going on. Not sure why you deleted volumes in first place or what really was going on there, but from what it says in those logs it looks as you have another kind of issue (eg. device order being out sync). I would suggest to follow that option towards the resolution.
i have find out duplicate volume entry in thelibrary and just ran the inventory then labled the media it's added sucessfully. there was not another problem now it getiing backed up smoothly.

If you get duplicate errors simply remove offending volume media db.
