staging notifications
I have staging configured to run every 7 days and move full backups to tape. Is there a way to have the staging process send out an email when it completes/fails? I have reveral remote sites to maintain and it would make monitoring easier.

To my knowledge, that is not possible using standard configuration. By using script to control, execute and monitor staging that would be possible. Few years ago I used to be at the site where we used staging (as we used combination of disk cache and tape at that time) and with script that was fairly simple.

Thanks for the replies... I'm begginig to see there is a lot of things networker does not/can not do.
I wrote some stage job scripts and turned off the schedule in the Networker gui..
because who would want to monitors, it's much better to log in every day...

From Schedule staging job, networker cannot send out notifications but in manual staging we can try this with customized scripts.
