Good afternoon, I just started a new position as one of the backup / restore admins and we are using an older version of NetWorker 8.2.1.6 and would like to get it updated.  I'm working on a project plan to migrate it over the next year to 9, but don't want to destroy things.

I have researched for the last couple of days on upgrading but not from our version to say the latest version of 8.2.3.x. I see there are patches for version 8.2.1.8 and then SP2 and SP3.  Never having to update or upgrade NetWorker, I'm at a loss here and not seeing a true roadmap on the best way to do it, I would really appreciate your assistance in helping me work this out.
