Connection and reboot problem

For along time now I have a connection problem for the internet. I tried several Forums and updates but nothing seems to be working (Dell Dimension 9100)

My last hope is to reinstall the computer but the CTRL F11 option the is shown by the onlinehelp service doesn´t work. Is there someone how can help my by doing this.

I didn´t got an reinstall disk by delevery so I can´t do it that way either.

First try running WinSock XP Fix and see if this helps you to connect.

Have you scanned for Malware? Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware update it and do a quick scan. Please post back if it finds anything.

Please make copies of files and folders that you cannot afford to lose.

To get a backup disk of your operating system, you'll need to contact the tech support in your country. If you're the origional owner and live in the United States, then you can click bbelow my signature to request a backup set of disks.

Thanx for your support so far. I tried WinSock XP Fix at an earlier stage but did not produce the desired result.

So please be so kind to look at the logfile wich is produced after scanned for Malware.

MySearch toolbar is Malware and you also have a Trojan.Vundo caused because of MyWebSearch. Go to DELL Malware Removal Forum, read the top post by bugbatter and follow the instructions. They are better trained to help you there.
