DHCP Client Not Starting

Hello all,

I'm having problems connecting my laptop to the internet. I think I've narrowed it down to the DHCP client not starting up. I get this error,

"Windows could not start the DHCP Client service on Local Computer. Error 1075: The dependency does not exist or has been marked for deletion".

However, I have checked the following services and they all are working...

NSI

AFD

TDX

However, when I type CMD /K SC QC DHCP I get a difference

BINARY_PATH_NAME : C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe -k LocalServiceNetworkRestricted

and also

SERVICE_START_NAME: NT Authority\LocalService

I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

It seems that restarting after all of that reg changes allowed the service to start and so far the problem is fixed.
