I can't get onto the Internet.  I was "killing" some popups with spyware last Friday and since then, I can't get on.  My cable modem and linksys system are working fine.  I've plugged my laptop into linksys and this computer downstairs are both accessing the internet fine.  My Dell Dimension isn't though.  I believe it won't recognize or get the right IP address.  When I run cmd, ipconfig, I get a 169 IP address and I think it should be a 192 number.  I even tried to reinstall IE and to no avail.  Is it my network card or recepticle?  HELP!
