not compatible driver
I have absolutely normal printer, that works with another computers and smartphone. But it needs in driver OJ5740_Full_WebPack_40.11.1135exe. I just downloaded it. I've received a message: "Windows can't install the HP Officejet 5740 series kernel-mode print driver. To obtain a driver that is compatible with version of Windows you are running contact the manufacturer". I tried to obtain help of Windows expert, but he couldn't help me. My money was returned.

I am confused by your post.
Are you saying that your "absolutely normal printer" is the HP Officejet 5740?
If not, what specific printer model?
Is the printer connected to a Dell computer? If yes, which specific Dell computer model?
What operating system is installed?
