Hi - I have an inspiron 1501. I need to click on a virtual keyboard on internet webpage as part of the security process for accessing my online banking but even though I use the mouse to click on the letters in the virtual keyboard, it doesnt allow me and I get a message 'use the mouse' as if I am using hte computer keyboard. I have tried for ages to sort it out but am stuck. I can access it from other computers so it's not the website!

Any suggestions what could be wrong?
