Hi

A couple of weeks ago i made a post where i had had problems connecting to the internet due to Norton and i subsequently followed the advice given to me here to get rid of Norton and install 'windows one care' i believe it was called.

 

At first all was going well, but now suddenly i cant connect to the interenet again. My ISP's status is disconnected, but if i try to connect it an error message comes up. Im not at my computer now obviously but from memory i think it was an error message 678??

 

I use broadband and have never had to configure any settings before with broadband, and i'm not sure what i need to do to be able to connect to the internet again without any problems.
