I always get the above message.  I have gone through the installation several times for secure & unsecure setup and disabled all firewalls but still get the error.  When I went to the Dell trouble shooting page I input my service tag J2XVW51 and it told me I had a 4350 Network access Ponit, but I don't - I have a 2350 Broadband router.  Is that the problem or is it something else?

 

What should I do next?

 

I have tried rebooting everything.
