Hi:
Get the message initializing and then it hangs when I insert the sim card. Have a Rogers wireless stick. Any ideas in a Latitude 2023.

When we insert the card we get that message. It will not go further. Hangs when we insert the sim card with that message. So we can connect to the Rogers network. I plan to update the associated software but it could be the reader?

Isn't the SIM card suppose to be inserted all the time?

Insert the SIM card when the laptop is unpowered.
