Wireless has problems when docked

I have a Dell Latitude D420 with an Intel Proset Wireless Card.  When I'm undocked, the signal to my wireless network is fine.  As soon as I dock, the signal goes from excellent, to very good, to fair, and then disconnects.  It will find the connection again, reconnect, then disconnect again.  It won't remain stable.  Ideas from anyone would be great.  I've tried a different dock, same results.  Moving the dock to a different location doesn't do it, either.

Have you updated your wireless adapter driver? Here's the link to R138747 which is the most current driver. Once you download and save this to your desktop go to the Add/Remove programs and uninstall the current driver then reboot the system then double click on the icon for the driver you downloaded and click next or continue until it loads.

I'll give that a try.  It's a brand new laptop, so I just assumed it had the newest driver.  I'll post the results.

    Thanks.
