All of a sudden when I try to download from the iTunes Store to my Dell Precision with Vista the screen freezes and when I open Task Manager it says program is "not responding"   I have been on the line with their support and un-installed and re-installed iTunes but did not make a difference.  They say it must be my Dell and maybe an update that is preventing me to downloading.
