Please keep in mind this forum is still having formatting issues, so pgh. and image spacing won't appear as intended.
There's a few other cards that will work also:
- 30w GT 1030 GDDR5 (RX 6400 is better.)
- 30w-47w Quadro's P400, 600, & 1000

What will you be using it for, isn't the Dell 3010 DT from 2013 ?
I suggest for performance and value, these graphics cards are for high end professional and commercial use that cost like over $600+ back when they first came out and now you can find them for under $30 or less.
Nvidia Quadro 2000

Those are good suggestions. Just a word of caution: The Quadro 2000 is 62w. That may be a stretch for the PSU and may be outside of Dell specs. However, the K2000 is only 51w. Optiplex 3010 Tech Guide.pdf

Don't know how those are good suggestions when either of Quadro 2000 or K2000 can not fit into the 3010 DT form factor !!!

I suggest AMD Radeon RX 6400, low profile, similar as this PowerColor card.
